Bright Beginnings has made my transition from being a sahm to working full time bearable. When I started work, there was no availability and I've seen what a non-caring daycare looks like. The difference between where we came from and Bright Beginnings is night and day. They have been phenomenal, and communicate so well. When I bring my kids in, there is no doubt in my mind that the level of care they are receiving is top notch. I have a child with an extensive medical history, and am confident that they can handle difficult situations when they arise. The facility is always clean and organized and I know that my kids have everything they need to thrive in their environment. Anyone giving a 2 star review needs to put their personal agenda aside, and count themselves blessed if they've never had to endure a sub-par daycare. The perception of one employee's attitude does not diminish the level of care and attention to detail that this daycare provides. Kim and Kaitlyn work together seamlessly. Bright Beginnings has offered my granddaughter a wonderful and caring daycare experience. The director and staff treat each child in their care as their own. On the few occasions I picked her up, I was greeted by a friendly worker who asked for my identification, which pleased me greatly. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful! The activities, as well as the toys and equipment, are age appropriate. The children are all having fun as they are learning. I look forward to the pictures that are sent to her parents. Everyone wants the best for their grandchild, and I can say without a doubt, that I would recommend Bright Beginnings for their child. They even have dance parties!!
Bright Beginnings has been a wonderful home away from home for my children. They provide everything we need which allows us to feel comfortable and confident leaving our kids. The programs are educational and our kids have gotten so much out of them. A great place to send your kid! The director is amazing and has gone above and beyond to meet the needs for our children and I. Highly recommend this daycare.
Bright Beginnings has been a wonderful experience so far for our daughter. The owner manages a top-notch facility that is not only clean and organized, but has a kind and loving environment. Our daughter's teachers are supportive, encourage learning, and have been very communicative providing updates each day. Highly recommend.
I would say overall a pretty nice place. Owner is a very nice person to work with. Did not find the preschool teacher Kaitlyn compassionate or kind hearted. My child did not feel comfortable with her. At first I thought she was the owner because of her attitude and in “in charge” nature. I know several other people who agree with me. All other people in the facility are great! I give 2 stars because of her.
