I absolutely love this daycare! My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old, and our experience has been nothing but positive. Everyone is incredibly kind and respectful. I’ve never had any issues, and I truly appreciate the care and attention they provide.

This place is terrible. I put my children there just until school started and they treated my 4 year old like he was the worst child in the world. My baby was a big scratch on the bay of his arm and when I asked what happened nobody knew or they did know but didn't say anything I don't know why but like I told them I don't wear fake nails extra long because he is a baby. My 6 year old teacher was very sweet and nice I wish she would move up. The baby teacher was great the only one he liked and went too, I don't think she did it but I kind a know who did but they don't go there any more. They lady at Rent a center told me she took her children out of there because the owner and the owner brother was getting down on taking money from them and if they don't like your child they won't help them when really need the help. They have there favorite children up there. Which is fine They messy and like drama. They told old for that grow up and do your job that you set up to do. Also, there is this other lady that works there I seen here at a liquor store and then coming to work smelling like what she was just drinking last night. You grown and can do what you want to do but make sure you clean up first. Where is the background checks in that? I am happy my children don't go there anymore. I'm surprised the state didn't show up there. Oh of course The owner go deny everything that's going wrong to keep her business flowing which is fine do you. Karma hits fast now and days so you shouldn't treat people wrong when you know they need you little building. Take care God bless.

Just like the other parents before me said YOU ARE THe ONE with the NASTY ATTITUDE and RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL communication! We ALL are NOT Lying but you ARE. I NEVER BEGGED I left. This place is HORRIBLE, DIRTY and the owner Ms. Roland likes DRAMA!! My child was not there a full week and got sick, I caught the workers standing the kids up on the same table that toddlers were sitting at eating and the lady put a kid on the table to put there shoes on while the kids were at the table. When I brought this to Mr. Roland’s her brother attention he said “they clean that room 3 times a day, Just Nasty! I started potty training my one year old and the staff said she was not going. Now how can a baby be in their care for 40 hours and don’t go to the bathroom, the staff is just lazy is what that is. Then there was the fall, I went to pick my child up and I saw her fall while the worker was walking behind her. She did not try and prevent the fall. The worker who is her sister in law Mrs. Roland said to me don’t be mad she used the bathroom once, which I did not believe, but when I told the owner Ms. Roland she said” I tell my employees if a kid is falling LET THEM FALL, don’t grab there arm you could pull it out of socket”. This was a stupid thing to say to a parent, to me she don’t care about your child just money like her employee said. She tries to provoke parents to argue. This facility is outdated, they don’t even give you incident reports. The owner was more concerned about her sister in law feelings than providing me with an incident report that I still don’t have. When you drop your toddler off, their staff was NEVER there on time, you had infants, toddler and 4 or 5 year olds in the same room with one teacher until the others arrived sometimes. Once my one year year old child was sleep when I went to drop her off and the receiving person asked me if she can sit up in a chair and sleep, my one year old , really. My daughter blanket got loss there if though I write her name on it, and the worker asked me if I wanted another blanket that looked like my daughter blanket. This place is not a safe to put your kid, once another facility opened up I removed my child. Now the owner who have kids on her waiting list can add another kid but hopefully the parents won’t overlook the reviews. If you give the owner feedback from what you see she will claim your negative you don’t have anything positive to say. I never saw anything positive about this place to give positive feedback. The only positive thing I can say is I am glad I got my child is out of there. Like I said I am not begging to have my child there. The owner needs to take a professional customer service class and learn some respect and not roll her head and close her eyes when she is talking to people.

I think this daycare deserves 5 stars, they have done an amazing job with my grand daughter. She wasn't even potty trained when she started and she was potty trained in a week after starting. She loves the teachers too. This day care is worth giving a try, they use all positive behavior. I have never had an issue.
