My daughter has been going here for a year now and she loves it!!! I do as well. Everyone is honestly like family and I always recommend them to anyway. Thanks you so much for being great to my baby girl 🫶🫶🫶

I heard a staff member yell at someone's child. I told her I have a problem with that and if she ever yells at my daughter it's gonna be an issue. She claims it was a one time thing. I don't at all believe that. My child enjoyed it there but I didn't feel comfortable and took her out soon after. It was the really large lady. Not sure if she works there anymore.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My 3 year old daughter was physically Abused at this daycare which I witnessed myself on the cameras. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. THE OWNER TRIED TO COVER IT UP TO AUTHORITIES AND WOULD NOT RELEASE FOOTAGE ! So AUTHORITIES HAD TO RELEASE WARRANT TO GET AHOLD OF FOOTAGE! I do not trust any one at this daycare as they are all aware of how aggressive the teachers are and brushes it off. The staff are not kid friendly. The owner only wants to save her own ssa, rather than the safety of the children there. If your kid is here i would recommend pulling them out. Also they lied on my daughter which made me want to see the camera footage.

I bring my kids here when I have work on this side of town. The staff and owner treat you like family that is important to me because we moved to Michigan less than a year ago and I have no relatives here. When I come to pick up my kids, they are always doing something fun! The teachers are always smiling and greet me happily, they always give me details on what they did that day, any thing I need to pay attention to and they always have hand-outs to give me that align with my kids, fun activities to do at home, we love those! It feels good to know that they are being taken care of. Thank you for all that you do guys!

My experience with teddy bear daycare has worked really well for me and my children especially under the recent change of management Mrs. Rena and her staff are really genuine and care for my children while I go to work to provide. Flexible schedules and open communication really make this daycare stand out from others because they are not in it just to get the money. If I ever have had an issue it is dealt with professionally and with care and concern especially when your child decides to have “one of those days” . Overall I would recommend this daycare to any parent 👍.keep up the good work guys.
