Blue Ivey was recommended to us by a friend whose daughter went there over 20 years ago (at the old location). Both of our kids went there from Preschool 2 to 3, and they loved it! We were always amazed by what they had learned at school thanks to the well-designed curriculum. We never had to worry about our kids’ wellbeing when they were at Blue Ivey, and it says a lot coming from an anxious parent like myself. The entire school faculty is warm, caring and accommodating. I like that they would mesh the classes together at times so the younger ones get to interact with the older kids. One thing that made our life incredibly easy is their flexible drop off/pick up time. Tuition includes snacks Monday-Friday and lunch Monday-Thursday. The lunch menus are healthy and yummy. They also provide breakfast in the morning but we never went to school early enough to take advantage of that. There aren’t a lot of flashy amenities at the school and I think it’s okay - kids don’t need a lot if they’re kept busy. Never once our kids came home and told us they were bored because there were always some activities to keep the kids engaged / making going to school fun and enjoyable. In the summer they would have splash day and snowcone day. One time they even invited a magician to perform for the kids! I’d totally recommend this school if you’re considering sending your little ones here!
Blue Ivey has changed our life’s for the better! I have two kids that attend. They’ve grown so beautifully here. The teachers are consistent and honest. They’ve helped my children become potty trained in a matter of weeks. More than half their staff has been there for years. Which is very comforting. Blue Ivey is beautiful and well organized .
This is an excellent daycare! The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan is well-thought-out and nutritious. The staff is warm and kind – every child is happy when coming in!
My favourite school ever my daughter been there for the last five years and now I have a new baby 👶🏻 boy he is ready to go next year .. so recommended
