Big Hearts has provided a consistently positive childcare experience for our family. The level of care and attention shown to each child is evident and it gives us great confidence knowing our child is in a supportive and nurturing environment. We especially value the strong sense of community they foster. Our child has developed meaningful friendships and it is clear that kindness, inclusion and respect are part of the culture. The variety of activities keeps the children engaged while encouraging both learning and fun. It is reassuring to see our child excited to go each day and come home happy. We are grateful to be part of the Big Hearts community and would recommend them to families seeking dependable, high-quality childcare.

Big Hearts Little Hands is the first and only daycare we’ve had our kids at! We looked at a few places and this one was the most homey, comfortable but also had a structure and focus on learning. Our children have been thriving there, happily running into the building everyday, and have made best friends with other kids growing up there too. The leadership is incredibly communicative, responsive, and without a doubt has our children’s safety and best interests in mind always. They offer so many fun events and activities all year round, we feel like we are a part of the BHLH family! Cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re not sure where to go, BHLH is the place to be!

We love Big Hearts Little Hands. My 5 y/o special needs son has been attending this day care since he was 3. We had a bad experience at a different Powell daycare and were so happy that BHLH had an opening and had experience with child on IEPs. They have been accommodating to our son’s ongoing needs with his speech delay, intellectual disability and autism. They keep us updated throughout the day with pictures and give us feedback on our son’s progress or any issues they notice. They provide breakfast and lunch, plenty of outside time and structured activities. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with Big Hearts Little Hands Daycare! Our two children—ages 1.5 and 4—have absolutely thrived here. The staff is incredibly nurturing, patient, and attentive, creating a safe and loving environment that feels like an extension of home. Our toddler is greeted with smiles and cuddles every morning, and we’ve seen so much growth in his social and motor skills. Our 4-year-old is constantly engaged with creative activities, learning through play, and building friendships. The curriculum is age-appropriate and thoughtfully designed, and we love how the caregivers communicate with us daily about our kids’ progress and routines. It’s clear that everyone at Big Hearts Little Hands truly cares about each child’s well-being and development. We feel confident and at peace knowing our kids are in such good hands. Highly recommend to any family looking for a daycare that combines professionalism with genuine heart!

Just moved to Ohio in July, and was looking for place near the house for my daughter, and came across this center. Staff here is very friendly and welcoming, especially Tia, who she helped with all the questions, and concerns that I had. Jiahna became so attached to her teachers in her class, and she loves all her friends as well, as a parent j seen so many improvements with Jiahna social skills, and learning abilities. I love how this center is well organized with carpet time to learn their days of the weeks song, and counting numbers and ect. The classroom are always clean when I get there it’s always mopped! The teachers there not only do their jobs, but really take their time and care for each individual’s in the classroom needs. I will definitely recommend to friends and families.
