Bell'S Little Learners Pre-School

The owner is known to violate Google policy by posting personal information of minors that were enrolled in her daycare, hence why she has been reported by many. It’s important to pay attention to her response as it is telling of the way you will be treated if you send your child to this daycare. She has 3 daycares and this review is for the Paramus location. I would also encourage you to see what is shared about this daycare on private mom Facebook groups, yelp, and Reddit before enrolling your child. Communication with ownership was often difficult and, at times, felt defensive or dismissive. As a parent, feeling heard and supported is important, especially when entrusting someone with your child. Attempts to meet in person to discuss my child’s transition out of the daycare (with two months’ notice given via email) were declined, and communication became passive-aggressive over email. While concerns I raised were ultimately addressed, the interactions left me feeling uncomfortable rather than reassured. There was noticeable staff turnover, including two directors within one year. One departing director communicated to parents via email that the work environment was challenging, which understandably raised concerns among families. The owner will stalk parents on online private Facebook groups and platforms and become retaliatory towards you if you post anything critical of her. She sent out weekly emails reprimanding all parents for the actions of a few. I paid for an extra hour of care each day and came on time, often earlier than I needed to, but I still received these emails reprimanding everyone in the class. Some teachers appeared inexperienced and were frequently on their phones during pickup times, often requiring me to get their attention. While the teachers were kind to my child and did a good job teaching him, this was concerning. Information shared in the app was occasionally inaccurate (for example, meals reported as fully eaten when food was returned mostly untouched). My child came home wearing another child’s diapers and clothes on many occasions- very disorganized. The daycare itself is very small and lacks a large enough open play space which is concerning, especially in the winter time. Parents were not allowed to enter classrooms to drop off or pick up their children. While positives exist, particularly in terms of learning, activities, and affordability, the communication style and leadership environment significantly impacted our comfort level as parents and ultimately led to our decision to leave. I am sharing this review to provide honest, respectful feedback based on our experience. I have noticed that some critical reviews appear to have been removed in the past, which prompted me to report this review to Google to ensure it reflects a genuine parent experience. My intention is not to discourage others, but to offer transparency and encourage continued improvement

I can't say enough good things about Bell's Little Learners! My daughter graduated from this wonderful preschool, and now my son is attending. The level of care, attention, and support that the staff provides is exceptional. Both my kids have thrived in the nurturing environment they've created. The teachers are kind, patient, and truly invested in the development of each child. From early education to socialization, Bell's Little Learners has set my children up for success. I feel so confident leaving my little ones in their hands every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a top-notch early education experience!

We have been so happy with Bells Little Learners! My daughters are currently enrolled, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their experience. I can see how much they’ve grown since starting, and I feel so confident in the nurturing environment they’re in. Our twins graduated here, and now our youngest attends. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly passionate about early education. They create a fun, engaging environment where kids thrive socially and academically. We’ve always felt like part of the Bell’s Little Learners family, and we’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our children. My son attended Bell's from 4 months old until his graduation when he was 5 years old in 2024, and it was an amazing experience. The staff is warm, caring, and dedicated, creating a safe and engaging environment for early learning. Over the years, our son developed key skills in both academics and socialization, all while having fun. The curriculum is well-rounded and tailored to each child’s needs. We’re so grateful for the positive impact Bell's has had on our son and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational preschool!
