Beginning Years Day Care

One of the most amazing places to have your children. The teachers are dedicated to ensuring the children are well cared for and always keep a warm welcoming learning environment.

Don’t walk, RUN. Two money orders & 3 months later, yet neither payment has been applied to my account! In fact, the banks confirmed the money was deposited into their business account, meaning they stole this money from me. Let me be clear, the teachers were AMAZING & kind & cared for my children for about a year. However, Ms. Zakiyyah constantly ignored my messages & calls. Despite all the trouble with invoices, the random double charges right before rent is due, the several misapplied payments which took SIX months to resolve (& was only resolved bc I attempted to call her mama her), not once did she follow up with me unless I reached out 1st. & she always blamed their 3rd party payment app though she was perfectly capable of applying payments & COMMUNICATING. She was also acting as a gatekeeper when I asked several times to speak to her manager which I never heard from. In short, go to this daycare if you want constant issues with your payments & money stolen from you.

My daughter attended this facility for about 2 years. I abruptly pulled her from this Center when I witnessed two of the staff members after having locked a three year old student in the restroom sit idly and ignore that students cry for help. When I complained to the center director Angela Hines, she asked me not to call the state and to allow her to retrain her staff. I recorded the conversation and still complained to the state. After I complained Ms Hines access me all kinds of fees that I did it owe out of retaliation. I would not recommend anyone take their child or children to the center or any of its affiliate centers

My daughter started attending Beginning Years Daycare 6 months ago after her 1st birthday. The staff has been great in helping her transition from home to daycare. The facility is clean. The teachers greet you with a smile as early as 6:30am in the morning. I would recommend this daycare to other parents.

This was the worst daycare my kids have went too and more likely the people who are saying that it's a good daycare probably got paid to do so or are friends and family of the staff because the first day I brought my kids I didn't get a warm welcome the lady just asked me who I was smh after that I still tried to let my kids attend and that was a bad decision because now that they doing school at the daycare my childs teacher called me and told me herself that she heard the daycare worker yelling at the kids and that she feels it's not a safe place for my child to keep attending. Once I said something to the director it was a problem and the she told me not to bring my kids back very unperfessional. They need a whole new staff a director and owner
