They’re very unprofessional and dishonest, my youngest child went there last year. He was torment and bullied, then instructor acted like he was lying about being mistreated. As parent, I feel every child should have a voice to speak, if they feel miserable. I respectfully say don’t send your child to this place.
Great loving staff. My daughter was born a micropreemie and has some delayed development. When she got here she literally only had one tooth and was not crawling AT ALL. After just a month I started seeing her flourish. The teachers and staff here worked with her and she's been thriving ever since. Now, 3 months later, she has like 8 teeth now and is crawling up a storm and now trying to stand on her own. She also wasn't chewing as a 16 month old should, but with their patience and reinforcement of what I teach her at home, she has become more independent. I love this daycare and the people who work here. They take our kids' health serious and in these trying health times, I appreciate that. Update to previous review: I'm keeping it at 5 stars, but I filed a formal complaint against the new director Parker who I feel discriminated against my daughter because she wasn't walking even though she had been there for almost a year and the staff knew that she was a micropreemie and might not walk until she's about 3. She and Ms. Terry verbatim told me that my daughter was too much work.
My daughter attended this daycare In February I had to pull her out not even a month later. She had a black eye her first day, which the teacher or director couldn’t explain what happened to my baby face. Every other day it they would have a reason of why I had to come get my daughter early from daycare causing me to leave work struggling having to find someone to keep her, they are not reliable. One day I dropped my child off at 6 they called me at 7 saying if I could pick her up early I was so sick of this daycare, my daughter now is afraid of daycares off the strength of what she experienced here. Thank God for her new daycare they help me wo much with the schedule I have due to me being a cms bus driver.
My 1yr old face was scratched very bad. The teacher who was with him changed her story of the incident and could never explain what actually happened. The director did not handle or was not fully informed of what went on to address the situation properly. Do not take your babies here!
