I have had a completely different experience than the others who have choosen to do a review. Mrs. Alberta is always pleasant and respectful. She is a no nonsense person, but I love that about her and the other staff. Her staff are always wonderful and accommodating. They always treat me well and my children love them! The fact that she is open 24 hours is in itself special. Since the day my son started I have enjoyed this center. They treat the children with respect and my son has grown and learned so much here. I'm grateful to Mrs. Alberta and all her staff.

I loved Atrebla when my kids attended. Everyone's complaining about Ms. Alberta, who is assertive/ direct- but she was never rude! Maybe ppl are just too sensitive!?... She has to run the place and deal with late parents & payments daily on top of overseeing things, and overall I think she did her job well. All of the teachers from the baby to toddler to school-age rooms treated my children well and taught them everyday. I loved all of the infant teachers, along with Ms. Erin, Ms. Stephanie and Ms. DeArmond- they were great at keeping kids on track and I'm thankful for them, as they were very helpful in my children's development. If I had the resources, my kids would still be there! I have had terrible experiences elsewhere, but never here!

This was one of the few daycares open late that I could find. Unfortunately after doing some of my own research and looking them up on the licensing website, I read all of the violations that match some of the bad reviews. I honestly do not feel safe bringing my child here. I do hope they have corrected and improved since then. But even so with the violations I read I don’t even understand how they are open and still allowed to watch children! It makes my heart sad to read the way people can treat children or lack of treatment the children receive d. Please just do your own research and tour before you make your decision to bring your child here.

Ms. Alberta is in the the wrong business. I had my child going there, and things were great. She loved it. She was in the older kids room since she is in kindergarten. My only complaint is how extremely rude the owner is. I was desperate for a 24 hour Childcare and had heard about and seen first hand how shady she could be, but chose it anyway seeing as the staff and overall quality was okay. But when it comes to payments, I recommend keeping a strict daily amount of how much your being charged. She will over charge you in a heart beat, and we all know how expensive Childcare is to begin with. I would recommend staying away from this one. She is in this business only for profit and not for kids. Which is very unfortune. This place has potential but with her being the owner, I see it going downhill fast. Oh, and if your on child care assistance, be prepared to be treated like scum under her shoes. God bless you all, and I hope this helps.

My daughters have attended since they were babies. The staff is great - warm, but firm. They focus on all aspects of development. We were really confident when we sent our oldest to Kindergarten.
