I cannot believe the reviews that I am reading about this daycare. It's really sad. Speaking from experience, this is a superb daycare. I have been had both of my children in this daycare since they were 3 months old and I can "honestly" say that they take very good care of my children. It's going on 9 years now. My family is very satisfied. There were accusations of an incident about 5 months ago and the mother of the child advised others to write bad reviews and put down one star. . . Jeopardizing the business. . .and what were the results of the investigation????? Pure ignorance at its finest. The daycare is still open and will be open because they love children and do not hurt children. Some of these reviews are from people that have never been inside of the daycare not to mention have children enrolled.

The negative reviews are from people who have reviews for no place in Texas. IGNORE THEM. This is the best place you can put your child. They teach them not only educational things but life lessons as well. Like how to put their socks together, folder and hang clothes to dry, share, use the restroom, etc. You will not be paying 130 plus a week and your child eat beanie weenies. My child normally cries, kicks and screams for me not to leave her. She only did that here the first day. I am very pleased with my child having a locker, if gives her more responsibility and accountability and she is two now. My child loves it here and so do I. Her teachers are experienced and it shows. The negative reviews are to discourage you from them to go to a place that is more expensive. I've never seen the teachers be or even seem abusive. The owner makes me confident that if anything is wrong or going on he will correct it. He is a family man himself and you can tell by how his daycare is set up he is very family oriented and cares about not only what goes in their minds but in their bodies. They have an on staff chef that is also very pleasant. He always wears a smile and my child never complains that she is hungry since we've started going here. I wanted to take my time out and say the negative reviews are so far from the truth.

If only I could take away stars, I definitely would. One of the workers slapped a baby so hard in his face, that his face still has a PURPLE ADULT SIZED HANDPRINT on it. They even failed to provide an incident report or explain what happened to his mother. Instead, they elected to lie and tell her he was struck by a toddler, then changed their story to say he was hurt by a toy. Do not let these incompetent abusers anywhere near your child. I thoroughly hope this place is shut down immediately before someone else's child is hurt.

This place really should be shut down. I look down on myself for ever choosing it. My child became ill and they never called me at work. I did not have a good feeling and I did a pop up visit and when I got there and witness them hitting kids who had not yet gone to sleep. I politely picked my child up from her mat and never returned. The school never called me to find out why I did not return because they knew why. NO STARS AT ALL THEY DO NOT LIKE CHILDREN OR MOTHERS WHO LOVE THEM

Do not leave your children in their care! They have proven themselves to be distrustful and very unprofessional. Refusing to provide an incident report for a child who has VERY large bruises on his face from what looks like an adult hand slapping him across the face. Then claiming that their video camera was not working the day this poor boy was sent home abused. I'm applaud to hear of such a story. I wouldn't trust these people with my dog, let alone my child!!
