The Arbor Learning Community has been a wonderful part of our homeschooling. My children love coming to the Arbor and meeting new friends each semester. There is so much value adding the Arbor to your homeschool program, not just in the academic learning, but it expands your child's thinking and fosters the love of learning. I absolutely recommend The Arbor, for students who are learning at home. They get a chance to interact with other homeschool students and play, have lunch and it as a great social component for their school day.
The Arbor has been an absolutely wonderful place for my children to learn and grow for the past 6 years. The hands on learning in a group setting with the most dedicated teachers has made such a difference in my children's lives and their attitudes toward learning. They cannot wait to get to their classes each day! The Arbor has provided us with a wonderful homeschool community and you won't find more caring staff or teachers anywhere. Cannot recommend this place enough!
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO ARBOR! This center is run by people who are not trained or experienced in school administration. It is more a collective of parents who think they understand how to run a learning environment but are wholly unprepared to do so. There are no written policies which allows them to create rules at any time and make any decision about your child's schooling. There is no avenue for parents to advocate for your child or come to a fair resolution. Your child can be told they are in violation of rules that you don't even know existed. In addition, your student can be accused of a violation and the school administration will not even bother to speak to you or your student to get the full story. There is no attempt to be fair or impartial. Once the school decides they don't like your student, your student is done there. Some of the teachers are great but the school is run so poorly that it is not worth the money. Send your child anywhere else.
A wonderful learning center! My kids absolutely love the classes, and they look forward to break time just as much. The staff is always friendly, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
The Arbor Learning Community is a lifesaver for families who value instilling a love of lifelong learning in their kids. Our girls have attended for the last 5 years and consistently come out of Arbor classes inspired to pursue their intellectual curiosity. The staff and teachers are highly capable learning guides who find a way to make just about any lesson a hands-on experience. They are also always at the ready to engage both gifted and intellectually curious students in a meaningful way which results in a non-competitive, collaborative learning environment. If you homeschool and/or if your kids need customized education in an accepting environment, then you should seriously consider these online and in-person class options at the Arbor.
