We had a wonderful experience at this daycare during the two months our infant daughter attended. From the very beginning, the staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly nurturing. As parents of a young baby, it meant so much to know she was in caring and capable hands every day. The caregivers were gentle and responsive to her needs, and we could tell they truly cared for her. We loved receiving daily updates and photo it gave us so much peace of mind while we were away from her. Even in such a short time, we noticed her becoming more alert, content, and comfortable in the environment. My daughter went to school here. Her teachers were great and so friendly. The issue lied in the administration. Ms. Minaz instead of resolving issues would brush them aside. My daughter had a constant issue with 1 child in her class with bruises on her but admin pushed it aside as boys will be boys instead of doing something about it. Very unacceptable.
Ms Victoria has been being aggressive with my child and the daycare did nothing about it they said my daughter can’t go here but me Victoria gets to keep her job, my child has had constant issues with this ONE teacher and the way she went back and forth with me caused me to explode if u want your child to be safe just make sure ms Victoria is not their teacher! I have reported her so we shall see how this goes
I have an infant son who goes to ALC. The teachers and management are great! They take such good care of my son and make sure that he has fun. I have seen such a positive change in my son after he started going to ALC. Thank you so much!!
So I asked for prices to this center for my son a week ago they filled out the CAPs for and said to me the following week I would be paying more because their prices changed. Why they didn’t put that price to begin with I’m not sure but I think it is very unprofessional. I am going to start looking for a new school to enroll my son. Because I’m not okay with inconsistency.
