All About Learning - Silver Spring

We have been a Cadence family for over 3 years. The last year with the new director, Melissa, has been wonderful. She always greets you with a smile, is understanding and easy to talk to, and is always willing to help. She is organized and goes above and beyond for the families at Cadence and you can tell this is her passion. She has brought consistency back to Cadence as far as staffing goes, and our kids LOVE every single teacher they have had, from the infant room all the way up to the 4K and summer program. Melissa works hard to bring school events to life, and has created a really positive environment. To be honest, there was a time where we considered switching to a different daycare, but I’m glad we stuck around because it turns out that the right director is all that Cadence needed. Thank you Melissa and all of the teachers who treat our kids like their own and provide a safe and fun environment for our kiddos.

A Truly Special Place While I don’t have children enrolled at Cadence Academy Preschool, I’ve gotten to know the director and I can honestly say this school is something special. The environment is warm, nurturing, and incredibly well-organized. The director is not only highly qualified but leads with heart and purpose, creating a space where both children and staff thrive. The teachers are experienced, compassionate, and deeply committed to each child’s growth—both academically and emotionally. Parents consistently speak highly of the care their children receive here. It’s clear that Cadence isn’t just a daycare—it’s a trusted, loving community where kids are truly known and supported. Highly recommend to any family looking for a place where their child will be safe, loved, and encouraged to learn and grow.

My child attended Cadence from infant to 4k, the caregivers there have overall been amazing through our years there. The school does a great with involving students, teachers, and parents in activities throughout each year.

We visited all the preschools in Menomonee Falls, and Cadence Academy on Silver Spring was the best. Our son has been there for two years. We are happy with the teachers and staff.

My child is currently enrolled at All About Learning on Silver Spring and we love it. Picking out a daycare for your infant is a daunting and scary task, and after we toured ALL on SS, my fears were put to ease. I love the way the facility is set up. The rooms are separate rooms like a school (which I love), artwork and info line the hallways, and it feels like a fun inviting place. The director is straight to the point yet understanding and very pleasant. The teachers (Ms Joanne and Ms Ashley) in my child's room have been nothing but great, and he loves them too. I can tell they genuinely care about him. The learning experiences they give the children, even at the infant level, are awesome. I can't find one negative thing to say about ALL, and would highly recommend it for any parent searching for the right daycare.
