Khols in fox valley mall aurora Illinois. Corporate needs to address this matter. Store old merchandise clearancefrom 3year still there waste your time looking threw same old rags , store Dirty Bad management experience ,store unorganized look smell like trash sad need to bring new crew clean house and order some nice merchandise for us to purchase. Like the last manger in this store bring him back was manage better. staff management come to store like if they just got out of bed hair un comb terrible. Store got alot of hole no merchandise ban this store till they pick them self up. look like a homeless, shelter look better than this .

I have shopped Kohls for years and have been extremely happy for a store who has a great selection for all ages, plus home, travel and more. I recently moved to Gering Nebraska. My closest Kohls is 1.5 hours away in Wyoming. I have campaigned my area and wish Kolhs could put a store in the area of Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are growing fast , even getting a Casino/ race track soon. We have several surrounding counties that would support a Kohls! I advocate for one and wish I could do more towards a store here. Kohl's, if you're wondering why your customers aren't buying from you like in the past, it's probably because of poor customer service. We placed a recent online order, went to the store to pick up the items. We arrived home to learn that a security tag was still on an item. We had to go back to the store to have the tag removed. You no longer have a Customer Service Desk / Counter in your Canton, OH store. (Terrible idea.) Therefore, we had to wait in a long line at the registers to get assistance with removing the security tag. I'll bet our poor experience isn't isolated. You need a dedicated customer service area or we will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

I love Kohls. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell in a large patch of untreated ice by the walkway. Kohls investigated and reviewed all facts with video. The claim was approved by Corporate. The company, Advanced Industries, is not a property management group. The company is listed as lighting and irrigation. The BBB license is for plumbing. The city they are in states they are a remodeling company. They denied and found me at fault. Their Negligence caused my severe injuries. We continue to contact local and state agencies to investigate. We would also like the owner and or the responsible party of kohls property at 7005 marketplace Aurora, Ohio. This inciddnt occurred in January 2025 and requires immediate response and attention.

I had Kohls cash disappear from my "Wallet" on the app. I contacted customer service and was basically told sucks to be you. I was told it's my job to keep track of my Kohl's cash. I explained it was from an online purchase so I didn't receive a paper copy and that all I had was what was in the app, so how was I supposed to "keep track" of what's in the app. I had just checked yesterday and the Kohl's cash was there and was not set to expire yesterday. Now today it's gone. Customer service is TERRIBLE and I can and will shop elsewhere from now on.
