I was in a bad position with our now previous provider. Miss Allison heard me, validated my concerns & gave me hope that there’s still providers who truly care for the children. I was nervous to switch them but I took a leap of faith. It has been the most heartfelt experience. My children are HAPPY! The daily updates, pictures and communication makes me feel safe. I know that when I’m away from my cubs they are in wonderful hands. I appreciate the staff entirely for being patient, understanding and loving for my children. Best decision we have made. The staff care for each and every child as if they are their own! Communication from management and/or staff is effective and great! They provide timely updates on day to day activities, and keep you posted on center happenings. It’s truly a family atmosphere, and our child looks forward to walking in the door every day to see his teachers and friends. The facility/ teachers do a great job of having each child reach their learning milestones. The activities are so unique and enriching that you can tell the children learn so much! Cannot recommend this facility enough!
This center is PHENOMENAL at providing quality care with a family feel. I can't think of trusting my babies with anyone else who isn't family. They are very communicative, accommodating to parent needs and attentive to child behavior and care. We actually left the center and came back (just 10 days later) because the care just did not compare to what our children received at this center. The teachers are very kind and patient with the children and Ms. Alison (site director) ensures the environment is safe and welcoming at all times. She is truly a gem to this organization.
My little ones have been going here for quite a while now and absolutely love it! From the directors to the teachers, they are amazing. I know my kids are safe and are getting the best care. They also learn a lot and the lesson plans are great too. We couldn’t be more grateful for this wonderful team!
I love this Kindercare location! The staff and directors are top tier educators, and have provided a safe and nurturing place for my little one to grow! Being able to use the Kindercare App to easily communicate with the teachers and get real time updates helps me feel connected to my child even when I can’t be there. I really enjoy receiving photos showing me what he is learning everyday.I would absolutely recommend Allison and her staff as a quality child care provider.
