However, multiple negative reviews cite serious concerns including alleged physical discipline, unprofessional front office conduct, missed commitments, and inappropriate staff behavior.
My child was Hit! She said the lady hit her because she wouldn't stop crying. And said "be quiet, your mom Is coming back". My child was 3 at the time she didn't make that up smh. Heavy set brown skinned lady that works with the younger kids.
Extremely unprofessional. They don’t stick to commitments they’ve made with other organizations only to say they got “distracted” and turn up a no show, even after they said they would still come. Without even giving a call as a heads up. Second year in a row I’ve had issues with this company and will never reach out to them again. Very, very dissatisfied with this organization. The woman I spoke on the phone with even had the nerve to say, “I don’t like your attitude and I want to speak with your manager” even though they were clearly in the wrong..
Worst daycare front office staff. They do not know how to talk to their customers as a business owner. We have moved our kids to a more organized and respectable childcare service. This is a black owned business and they do not conduct themselves in a good manner. Please do your research before sending your kids and doing business with this daycare. Worst than 1 star.
My family is Hispanic and I sent my 1 year son there who was diagnosed with separation anxiety and they did an amazing job wth him on top of tht they where able to potty train him as well I love them and at that time they did home cooked meals for the children amazing daycare.
The way the staff speaks especillay in public is terrible. There is no supervision and it's a truly sad occasion to see the adults that are supposed to be setting a good example for these children act like uneducated, ignorant people.
