Adventures Learning Centers

We’ve had such a great experience with Adventures Learning Center! My son has learned and grown so much since he started in March. His teachers, Ms. Tagan and Ms. Kala, are amazing and always keep me updated with pictures and messages through the app. I also love that I can check in on the live cameras anytime. It’s such a welcoming, safe place, and my son absolutely loves going every day!

After our family moved to portage after having such a great experience with our previous childcare facility it was really difficult for us to choose a new place for our daughter. We are so glad that we chose ALC! Ms. Tagan & Ms. Kala have been so wonderful for our daughter. It took her a few weeks to adjust and they were so nurturing and caring and now she is so excited to go to school to play with them and her friends. It's always such a relief to be able to trust someone else with your child. When I do have any questions or concerns, they are VERY responsive and because there are cameras, I can see how quickly admin ask questions and respond to anything I ask as well. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my girl. If you are questioning whether ALC would be a good choice - look no further!

i’m aware that one star can be very horrible to a business like this and normally I would not do it, but we had a pretty serious incident with one of the workers and the manager told us more than once that this worker would not be around our child. However, we saw a video that this plan with violated three times despite the man you’re saying that either we were incorrect about those times or saying that the issue was resolved only for it to happen within minutes or hours after this being stated. Therefore, either the manager at this time was lying or did not actually know what was going on with the staff. Either way we removed our child and found a place that we are much happier with. I do like 99% of the staff here. But if things are not communicated by management, and if you have a worker who is clearly overwhelmed, this is the recipe for disaster.

Adventures Learning Center has been a wonderful daycare facility for our 1 year old son. He has been here since he was 3 months old and (I think) has loved every interaction he has had with his classmates and teachers. Ms Addyson, Ms Meg and Ms Madison truly try their best to get to know each and every child and work with the parents on the best strategy for them to thrive. From the Infant room to now the Wobbler room, I love watching him grow and learn alongside everyone.

Every family’s experience is unique, and we’ve had a positive one. My son calls it “friends house,” and my daughter loves all her teachers. It’s been wonderful to see how happy and comfortable they both are each day. While there has been some turnover and leadership changes, the love and care for my kids has always shone through. Please continue to improve the communication with parents regarding changes, and incidents.
