It's the biggest relief in the world knowing your kids will be safe and cared for by such an amazing staff while your away at work. I could not ask for better. For over a year now, both my daughters (only one now) attend Monday-Friday full-time, and AELC staff have been super accommodating to our pick-up & drop-off schedule. My kids love the women here & are always super happy and clean when my husband or I pick them up. So many good things to say. I have zero complaints & would highly recommend this center to anyone!

My daughter has been going since Advantage early Learning Center opened the location on Irving street. We have had nothing but a great experience with the center. As many parents are I was very picky in choosing the provider my daughter would be attending. The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean and they have a kid cam video system so you can monitor your child/children throughout the day. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the facility. Daycare shopping can be very difficult and stressful. If you want a facility that is guaranteed to take care of your child/children almost as good as you can this is your place.

My son is currently going to this daycare and while it is nice, clean, and the staff are friendly there are down sides. We pay $572 for 12 days of care. They are not flexible on the the ability to change your regular days. My child goes Mondays, Weds, and Fridays. Say an emergency comes up and we need him to go on Tuesday instead of Monday, they do not allow it. I could bring him, but then be charged for the difference between the cost of attending 4 days minus the cost of attending 3 days. Also, if they close down on your day due to weather, don't expect to get compensated in any way with a make up day or a refund for the day. Whoever owns this place is highly greedy and it is one of the most expensive day cares in the area. They offer the ability to monitor your child remotely via camera, but sometimes it does not work. Not to mention it takes forever to get an account. So while my child likes it there and he is treated well, there are some major issues with this place. If given the opportunity to find another place I will. It's too expensive for the value you get. UPDATE: After taking our son to a different daycare for a month we ended up going back to AELC. They are by far better than most daycare in the area. While the prices are still super expensive, they do work with you and it is still cheaper than many other places. I have found you get what you pay for. Dawn now runs the center and it is great. I could not ask for a better staff of people to care for my kiddos. The grass is not always greener.

Parents beware, don't take your kids here! Absolute worst and least understanding childcare center we have taken our kids to! After the second day had to remove our 5 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter due to our son hitting another kid due to a misunderstanding at their other location. The fact that he was 5 didn't seem to matter to the staff and owner as their policies made it clear if our juvenile offender did anything like that again he would be suspended! Left us no choice but to find another more understanding center immediately rather than risk another infraction. Tons of other childcare centers within a 5 mile radius that are waaaaay more understanding of how irresponsible little kids can behave.

Great staff for my nephew and niece. Very helpful and engaged in their learning.
