My son has been going to this school since he was 2 and he is now 4 going on 5 in a few weeks, let me say this is the best and only school he has been to! I moved 30 minutes away and refuse to change from this school they have taught my son everything he knows from being potty trained to learning to talk better. The staff here treats your child as if they are their own instead of it being just a job for them the director Ms.Jones makes sure of this ! They keep you informed of everything everyday so you are never lost about what is going on with your child. With this school I have an ease of mind that my child is in great hands!
I strongly advise against bringing your child to Advanced Prep. This center is not equipped to handle children with disabilities and shows a serious lack of training and empathy in that area. They were quick to take our money, but when it came to refunds, the experience was a nightmare. They initially led us to believe we would receive a refund, only to delay the process and then claim a no-refund policy without proper communication. This is not just poor customer service—it shows a lack of transparency and care. If you’re a parent looking for a center that truly supports and nurtures children—especially those with special needs—please look elsewhere. Your child deserves better, and so do you.
I switched my daughter daycare to APA just before the summer I was very nervous because she doesn’t take change so well and we had a rough start but the staff and the director Ms.Jones is nothing short of amazing my big girl is now the Pre K classroom and everyday I pick her up she greets me with a smile and says she happy! I feel at ease knowing that she is both learning but also having a amazing experience in school 10/10 will recommend
I was considering sending my granddaughter here, Until I had the encounter with Quinn the 4yrs old teacher, I asked Ms Jones could I meet the teacher but that was a huge issue. I was told that parents ONLY communicate through a portal and they were preparing for Black history. So i ended up speaking with the teacher via phone. she was very snippy not welcoming or engaging and unprofessional. Quinn made it as though she were doing me a favor, by taking my call. When you have children that is in care of a stranger, you want to have a Rapport with that individual. She made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy. When I brought it to Ms Jones attention, She tried to justify Quinn’s actions. Never apologized or tried to offer to fix it . The building needs some renovations and cleaning. If you’re looking for a professional clean safe and you can interact with your child’s teacher they have 5 stars try The Sunshine house they are fantastic blessings to you all!
I need you all to understand this place is amazing! Those bad reviews are old and the place was under different management then. The teachers here are heaven sent and they really teach, I didn’t even know my toddlers could retain so much information. They even teach them Spanish! My three year-old can recite the Lord‘s prayer word by word. It’s amazing! My oldest went here last year, and is currently enrolled in pre-K at a top ranked elementary school and his teacher said that he is the smartest person in the class and it’s already ready for kindergarten. The teachers care so much for the kids. I really do think that my kids like their teachers more than they like me. It is a fun atmosphere, and everyone is so nice. They have shows for the parents as well, Christmas, black history, end of the year! I love going to watch my little ones perform. I truly wish all educators were like this. They make it fun for the kids to learn. So happy I found this place! And if you’re looking, look no further. This is it!
