Abc Another Bright Creation

My children have been going here for almost 8 years. I love this place. I drive over 30 minutes every morning. It is hard to find a trust worthy place for your children to go, they have taught all 8 of mine. I appreciate them for treating my children and myself as family. They make sure it is clean, the children are well fed. They make sure the children are safe with incidents and concerns reported to you promptly. They have an awesome team. Again I was the mom that had one child in every classroom. So I’m very familiar with all the teachers. They get to know your children and how to make them comfortable and learn everyday. I love the owners. They make sure to post any closings in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Another Bright Creation. From the moment I walked in, I knew my children would be in great hands. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. The facility is clean, safe, and well-equipped for various activities. My kids come home happy and excited to tell me about all the fun things they did each day. I am so grateful to have found a place where my children can learn, grow, and be well-cared for. I highly recommend Another Bright Creation to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child.

Mrs. Gina is the director and she is absolutely awesome. She handles the whole place as natural and simple as possible. She keeps everything under control and never takes her eye off of the kids or teachers. All teachers here are very organized and super respectful and another bright creation is amazing and i would totally recommend bringing your children here.

just nowNEW BE AWARE OF THIS DAYCARE POLICY ! They are not professional and do not handle conflict well dealing with your child. My child was in daycare for two weeks and caught a virus and I payed a week advance because if you don't than it's a 35 dollar late fee. When I told one of the staff that he will not be coming in today because he was sick she said that's OK and to let her know what he has when he get check. When I call back and told her what it was she said make sure to have the paper work. When I came next week she says I thought you said to withdraw him. I DID NOT SAY THAT OVER THE PHONE. If I did than why would I paid for daycare next week in advance. You all didnt give me a paper stating this agreemnent if I was to withdraw him. Make it make sense, The owner assistant said that and the owner is unprofessional and didn't care about my child. She didn't believe it and said I chose to not put him in daycare. The moral of the story is they don't care about the child they care more about the money. They made a contract to protect their stupid business. Yall its a pandemic n if you have to pay in advance n still pay even if your child is sick. N they won't refund you. Don't put your child there. They are super nice when you register your child but once it's a problem they will not even let you inside to talk to the owner as adults. God don't like ugly . No wonder why they have empty spots available. Great daycares stay full n the questionable ones don't. LOOK AT THEIR FACEBOOK REVIEWS. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt because it was a few but when I finally read them the thing we all have in common that is true is the the owner is UNPROFESSIONAL. When I was on hold waiting to speak with the owner, the staff was gossiping in the background so I hung up. Please don't waste your money or time. The owner will brag to you about her lawyer she has n the contract you signed. READ READ READ PLEASE . Children are innocent don't put them through that or your hard work money. GOD GIVE YOU SIGNS don't ignore the reviews. They will say it was the old owner than change the name of the daycare and start new reviews if that's the case. They will say the parents that made bad reviews owe how we owe if we have to pay a week ahead. AGAIN MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Who have time to make a long review for nothing. Nice daycare on the outside, smell good food, but just like any place it depends on the owner, owner assistant, and what teacher you're kid gets.

Edit to add that this is not a monetary issue, the amount owed weekly is petty change! What's being made abundantly clear here is that this is a case of child abuse, child endangerment, and neglect. As such, the concerned authorities have been informed. My friend's son was hurt in your facility, under your care. Noone bothered to even inform the parents of the incident which had caused injury to their child's face and body. And again noone at your "school" apologized to the parents! Parents Beware!!! My friend's son (2 1/2 yrs old) started school at this daycare last Monday (08/02). By Wednesday the child was sick and did not return to school until this Monday (08/09). Yesterday (08/10) she was told that her son couldn't come back to the school after this week because they are short staffed and said the child was too hyper and didn't listen well. They did not offer any resources. This morning (08/11) she took the child to school and one of the teachers yanked the kid's arm. 1 hour later, they were calling her back telling her that she needed to pickup the child ASAP. When she went back, she was told that the kid was no longer welcome there. When she was handed her child back she noticed he had a big scar on his face. That's when they told her that they had to restrain him and that the child was out of control, putting their facility at risk. They went on to say that the kid was fighting with the director and bruised his own self on the director's keys. They offered no apologies and even claimed that the 2 yr old baby assaulted her. To make things worst they are now refusing to issue her a refund for the remainder of the week; even though they've expelled the child from their place. They've abused her son and blamed the abuse on the victim. These folks are the absolute worst and the state needs to look into their facility. No child deserved this treatment, let alone a 2 yr old! The place needs to be shut down!
