Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even though it’s a busy store, they do a great job keeping things moving and making sure no one waits in line for long. The Amazon return process is super easy, they even have one self-service stations, but a staff member is always happy to help if needed. Their commitment to customer service really stands out and anyone who says otherwise should really reevaluate themselves! Highly recommend and keep up the great work!

THIS IS THE BEST UPS STORE IN THIS WHOLE AREA. I only went in to return an unwanted Amazon item and they were beyond helpful. The young man behind the counter and the manager get 6 STARS for their eagerness to help. I had to figure out why there was a charge when there should not have been and they gave me the information I needed to solve my problem. Also, I noticed that they were super helpful to everyone who entered that store. I will go here now for any services needed. :)
Every return I have had from Amazon has been the easiest process. All the employees are friendly and helpful even with figuring out my items and packaging. I have used other ones in our county and ended up spending $10 on little returns with grumpy employees. The norcross store makes returns so easy!
