A Creative Start Learning Center

This is by far the best daycare. This is the first daycare we had ever used, so we were hesitant in the beginning about our 1.5 year old and soon to be newborn attending a daycare facility. But once our daughter was in, we saw a difference in her attitude and the way she acted at home. She loved all the other kids and the teachers almost immediately. Once we had our son and the daycare found out we would be enrolling our newborn, they were ecstatic. You can tell these teachers love what they do, love to be involved, and they update us parents everyday on how our child did, what they ate/drank and what supplies they need. They communicate very well. They are I also am improvement on how much my daughter was learning. At 1.5 years old, she was singing the tune of the ABC’s. We unfortunately moved too far away for our kids to attend this daycare, but if we were still nearby, we never would have left. I recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone, especially those looking for a daycare for the first time. Thank you everyone at A Creative Start, we appreciate each and every one of you!

My daughter went here for a little over a year. This facility is poorly run and the director has no idea what is going on in her center. I would pick up my daughter and she would have bruises or scratches or bite marks nearly every single day. I asked her teacher about it and she would laugh it off saying oh she must have fallen when we were outside. Or she but someone first so it was retaliation from the other kid. My daughter has never bitten before so why would she start now?! The following day there would be an accident report saying that she showed up that way!!!!! I had to miss work for a week looking for a new place because I didn't feel like my daughter was safe there.

My daughter has been with this daycare for almost 4 years. She has developed tremendously and continues to learn more everyday. No facility is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I wouldn’t place my daughter anywhere else. Most of the staff is very polite and welcoming. Thank you A Creative Start Learning Center for being a great influence in my daughters life.

Terrible, terrible daycare. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. He had been there for 2 weeks, was only 9 weeks old. I showed up at 5 pm, was told that he "spit up" - he had fully vomited - at noon, slept all afternoon and refused to eat. He was lethargic and not eating. I took him immediately to the doctor and he was very sick. Additionally, the teachers are very inconsistent, never the same teacher in the infant room at drop off, all day or pick up. I even saw one teacher slap her infant daughter's arm - very abusive. This establishment is truly a dangerous environment for children.

The decline in my income stemmed from them having to shut down because of covid..and then I caught covid and pneumonia was off for a month and even tho I have state assistance I've been paying full price...I brought in verification of my state assistance a d showed Rochelle. Then the tire fell off my car as I am doing best as a single mom of 4 I was off another week unpaid. I drop off 100.00 dollars go to work and when I pick him up she says I have to pay 300 dollars more to keep him in daycare. So let's be clear I offered to pay it the next thrusday so I can aleast keep my job to catch up. I have always held up to my end even spending hours on hold about my assistance even tho she has a direct line she could have helped the situation but she didn't and now I have lost my job and my son doesn't understand why he can't go to school. He is 3. Pretty disappointing especially since I have seen other daycare providers help the parents that wait for hours on hold!!
