We absolutely love this daycare. The teachers are amazing and always keep me updated, which gives me so much peace of mind. My youngest struggled a lot at first, but they were patient, reassuring, and sent pictures showing he was okay, happy, and playing. My oldest loves it here and always wants to go. I’ve never had any issues with the staff, the pricing is fair, and it’s super convenient since it’s close to home. Highly recommend!
***Update as of 9/9/2025 *** 1) Owner was not even aware of this issue until my spouse requested the incident report. 2) If there is nothing on the footage why not just show it to parent? 2) Up to this date you haven't been able to explain what happened to my child. (A simple "we dont know" will not comfort any parent.) The fact that management stated that teachers don't get paid a lot of money is not a good way to solve this issue. 3) How CONVINIENT to wait until Friday (when the kid is not there) to call Licensing. I will be more than happy to take the case number or open a new for further clarification. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me since it is easier to communicate via this post than it is in person. Extremely bad experience. My kid came back home with nail marks(adult size marks). Management pretty much swept this incident under the rug. Had to move my kid somewhere else for safety reasons. I did not get an incident report after 36 hours “Management reviewed the footage and found nothing”. It is important to state that this was not a scratch these are nail marks that left scars on my kid.
They have been an amazing daycare to both my boys. Would definitely recommend this daycare. All staff is very nice and helpful.
My child has attended this daycare since she was about 6 months old and is now almost 3. She seems to really learn with her teacher and adores her classmates. I have not had any issues with the center. The staff is always welcoming.
My children have been with this daycare since 2017. The new staff is amazing and the owner is the best my kids love the daycare and the owner ! That says a lot because my kids don’t really like nobody lol she takes my concerns very seriously and makes sure to contact me immediately in the event anything happened. They always go above and beyond to make sure the kids are always active and they get to go on field trips during breaks. I highly recommend this daycare very safe and loving environment ❤️
