My suggestion is to let God take the wheel and drive you to another daycare because this ain’t it, I’ll start up front with the woman who calls herself a director heavy set Caucasian woman she is the rudest person in this place, and if she rude wait until you get a load of the rest of the building they have no order, the snacks they serve are nothing short of crumbs your child will be hungry, there’s no communication skills here, you have to figure what’s going on by searching for flyers, they literally hire anybody there was maybe one daycare teacher whom was decent but she wasn’t my daughters teacher, I noticed a few other one star reviews and if you care about reviews although their several years old the bad reviews are very accurate… if you think I’m lying put your baby in A2Z learning center! (Side note the director gives The Perfect Neighbor vibes she can’t be trusted)
Best daycare in duncanville. My son was there from 4-12 yrs old. We never had any issues there. Entire staff always went above and beyond for my son.
Our daughter has been going here for almost 3 months now and the staff is wonderful. I can really tell they care and love her. I wish they had cameras or sent pictures throughout the day but every day I pick up my daughter she is all smiles. I would definitely recommend this daycare to other families.
I love A2Z! Everyone from Mrs.Peggy & Mrs.Coleen to the teachers has been amazing. This was the perfect choice for our foster son and he has gone from non-verbal to talking non-stop. We appreciate all the love they pour into the kids. If we happen to have anymore babies placed in our care they will definitely be going to A2Z.
I enrolled my 4 month old son and at first it was fine. The director discussed our issues with a previous daycare and assured me that would not happen there. Every one is friendly and i loved that the front desk was always manned. When he turned one he began coming home with pacifiers and bottles that did not belong to us. My son got thrush, we had doctor bills that could have been avoided. On top of giving my child some one else's pacifier, which is beyond disgusting, they argued with me that I was wrong and it was his! This happened 4 times! Every time there was never an apology, but accusations that I didn't recognize what I buy my own child.
