Compassionate, caring, intentional, trustworthy and loving are just a few word that come to mind initially when I consider You’re Invited Children’s Center. This play-based school teaches our young humans all the foundational things they will need to build upon and excel academically (ABC’s, 123’s, colors, shapes, basic math, art exploration, reading, writing, etc), but more critically, they are teaching our young humans how to exist in a world with others in a healthy way—things like assertiveness, boundaries, advocacy for self and others, confidence, resilience, kindness, to name a few. Even as parents/guardians of these children, you will pick up on and grow in areas, helping you be a better adult human. I highly recommend this place to anyone who hopes and desires to raise up comprehensive humans. The leadership and staff of this place are the real deal, experienced, and simply dope people.
This place is amazing. I bring my 3 year old daughter here everyday and she absolutely loves it. What I really enjoy about this place is that it is play based learning, so my daughter has been developing her social and learning skills all through play. Before coming here, my daughter didn’t talk much and I was worried about her speech development. Now she is able to talk much more and is even remembering her friends’ names. It’s exciting to see her development and to see that she is also preparing for Kindergarten without the added pressure of having to sit still and being forced to listen. She colors on her own, which is showing me that she is capable of doing independent work and that alone is a hard skill to develop. The staff is so friendly and they doing an awesome job at communicating along with being flexible. I work about 30 mins away from the daycare and I don’t care about that because I know my daughter loves being there and I would not change it as I see it has helped her grow. Did I mention they have shown her how to change herself? It’s pretty awesome the time and efforts they put into the kids. Also, when they can they send me photos! Great place, great prices, great hours!
My son has been going here for the last 9 years. We are thankful everyday for you're invited. The program is very flexible when it comes to care. Allowing single day drop-off, or the full week. We currently get before and after school care, and that has helped us so much with our work schedule. They have always been kind to my son, but I also see all the little extras that they do for the other children. Its small things but the kids all feel included and listened to. They have snacks everyday, and a lot of fun things for the kids to play with. And if the kids need a break they are encouraged to sit in a quiet spot and read.
I absolutely love this daycare! I was so nervous about putting my son in daycare, but the amazing women here have truly put my mind at ease. They are not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly kind and nurturing. My son absolutely adores them and he gets so excited every morning and always comes home with a big smile and fun stories. It’s clear that he feels safe, loved, and engaged every day he’s there. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found a place where he’s so happy and well cared for. If you’re looking for a daycare that feels like a second home and truly loves the children they care for, this is the place! Although my son is leaving them soon, to go into TK, we definitely will be back for summer vacation!
Our kids have been attending You’re Invited Children’s Center since they turned 2, and love it. The play-based approach has allowed them to develop tremendously in their creativity and gross motor skills. Now that they are in elementary school, the after-school pick up is tremendously helpful for working parents!
