Great staff, clean & secure facility. Teachers and staff are all genuinely interested and vested in our child's development; and it shows at home. Great and easy communication on closings and any other updates through the Brightwheel app.
Our child was here for a little over a year. They have a few select teachers that are amazing and our child LOVED them and was happy to go. Our problem was the poor communication between the owner, director and staff. Everything was a chore and it was never easy to work with them. Even after a sit down meeting asking for more upfront communication things never changed so we decided to part ways. Within days I could tell we made the right choice our new center has an APP and is always available and responds promptly. If you are a working parent and depends on communication to schedule appointments when your child is sick, or just to know whats going on look elsewhere! Additionally, when I call I expect an answer, phone lines often are busy, staff has been caught playing on their phones and no one is on the same page.
My girls LOVE going here! My toddler only cried the first two days before she was comfortable. Both girls love their teachers. Staff is super attentive and kind. This was my first experience with daycare and I couldn't have asked for a better place
my absolute favorite daycare, if only they were open until 6:30pm I would have my children still be attending. I totally recommend this daycare for any parent who wants 5 star care for their children while they are at work.
