I was going to enroll my child here. They had me schedule a day to visit the center for the tour. When I arrived I walked right in (no locked doors), was greeted by someone who had no clue there was a tour & no one was available to do so. They joked about how someone had been making tours but then not being available to do them. The center also smelled like cigarettes. They had me leave my number to reschedule but then no one ever called back.
Great place, when we were looking for a care facility for our daughter, they got me right in with a tour and the facility was clean and very nice. The staff was knowledgeable and responsive to questions. We had no issues at all, and our daughter loves it there.
