Ymca South County Preschool

I would like to give this Y a better review but I can’t. Between the this YMCA not having the facilities that others have like the hot tub or steam room and children running around in the gym workout area running into people it is truly disappointing. But what really made me give them a one star review was being called during my workout on my last day of the membership being told I was not allowed to be in the facility. I was paid up through the last day of the month and the system beeped me in but this rude lady called me to tell me that I wasn’t allowed. It was rude, unprofessional and unacceptable to treat me like I was doing something wrong.

Father of 5 year old daughter enrolled in gymnastics forgot his ID and they would not allow him in with his wife. While inside, many parents said they walked right by the 2 ladies checking other peoples IDs without being stopped. This is a HUGE security issue and needs to be addressed. I spoke to the 2 ladies about this issue and they both denied it happening.

Need to update the Gym schedule online faster. People waste their time driving. Front desk is great and just relaying info while others seem non chalant about it as if it doesnt matter.

It's one of the bigger gym areas of the Y's, but it doesnt have as many child activity amenities as say River chase. We've really enjoyed our membership and will keep coming!

It really sucks that I pay over 80 bucks a month and I can’t even use half of the gym. Always pointless group classes on the entire basketball court and the core/functional training room. Extremely frustrating
