Y.M.C.A. - Sacc - Lighthouse

We live a block away, so the Lighthouse/City Y is a very convenient choice. It's the right size, with great instructors, especially Carlos who does the Enhanced Fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday. The front desk staff is personable and very professional. Talla is just one of several staffers who greet by name, with a smile! The facility is always spotless, the equipment in good repair and fully functional. Make it your go-to for fitness! We do!

Great family oriented gym. Friendly staff, wonderful amenities like the Indoor Cycling Studio, Outdoor Pool, Group Exercise Classes and very nice Cardio and Strength Training Equipment. I most absolutely recommend this location. 👍

Friendly and never crowded. The yoga class on Monday and Thursday nights is great for stretching and balance. Carlos is a kind and calming instructor.

My complaint is that this location is dirty and quite small. While sitting in the weight room, I noticed fecal matter in the seats. I also always have an uncomfortable time because all the regulars yell across the room at each other. It’s very odd to be between two people chatting while you’re lifting and trying to focus on what you are doing.

As I walk into the building there is always the familiar and friendly faces of the staff! I feel so welcomed and have established a friendship with so many of the dedicated workers here at Lighthouse Y.M.C.A! They also, keep the facility very clean! I am grateful for them all and for the Y.M.C.A. group instructors! 🙂🩷
