We entrusted the friendly staff at Ina KinderCare with our 10-week-old baby girl — and boy, am I glad we found this place! From day one, the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. Jerriko (Director) and Rosie (Assistant Director) are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The nursery teachers, Alexis, Mercedes, and the rest of the wonderful ladies, treat our little one like their own. The environment is clean, loving, and full of warmth — exactly what you’d hope for when leaving your baby in someone else’s care. I couldn’t recommend Ina KinderCare more highly — 10 out of 10 every single time!
My infant son started his first day on September 4th, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff and providers were extremely professional, warm, and interactive. Throughout the day, I received thoughtful updates and pictures through the app, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s clear they are very caring, patient, and truly love and enjoy what they do. I also want to add that the facility is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We entrusted our now 9 month baby girl to Ina KinderCare, she has been with them for 7.5 months! I’m so glad we did! Staff is amazing, would recommend!
My experience here was at first pretty good, I thought I lucked out because it’s so hard to find daycares you trust now a days. I was new to the state and was at a kindercare before where we lived. So I was hopeful. The director was amazing. The staff of the classrooms in the infant room were terrible. They clearly took on more babies than they were supposed to. At the time we were just coming off of Covid times so maybe money was thin and they needed it? But clearly too many babies and not enough staff so to me it appeared the staff of the rooms seemed overwhelmed and frustrated with the babies all the time. My son wasn’t even a year old, he would always be in crazy distress or super wet or poopy and have diaper rashes, it was ridiculous. Then one day I caught one of the teachers purposely smashing my son’s fingers under the rocking chair as he cried as she held another baby. He was often treated like that at the end of the day by this same teacher but this time it wasn’t so subtle and I definitely noticed then! That was my last straw. My other son also went to this kindercare at the same time and was severely bullied by another kid! I brought it up and nothing changed. I wouldn’t recommend unless they got new staff for the classrooms. Terrible.
I’m still kinda indifferent about the daycare. I love it though, but am still unsure at times. My son talks very highly of the teachers which is amazing and his friends. But I think over all they do great and it’s truly learning yourself and everyone, which takes time. As everyone is different, but it’s truly knowing what is important and what’s not. The teachers are really good though I do believe they do their best even though I might not always agree or understand.
