Westfield YMCA for adult workout classes is everything I hoped for when Expert Fitness closed. Joining Tony's M/W intermediate TRX class with a co-worker is everything you could hope for. Not just instruction, but a structure that is fun with a challenge. Tony can adjust an exercise to accomodate an injury, or build skill for those looking for a challenge. There is never a moment the class is not engaged, and we all support each other (including newbies). A second kudos to Nancy and Shawna for creating group classes that are always unique and informative.
I am so happy I joined this facility, it’s the happiest place with the friendliest people! It’s made working out so much more enjoyable. The staff here are amazing and knowledgeable. The classes they offer are both professional and challenging, while also providing great social interaction. It’s just a wonderful and fun YMCA. Amazing 💕
I love it here, my daughter comes regularly and we go swimming together on weekends occasionally. It's clean staff are great and accommodating to my daughter's needs. The lifeguard was more than happy to help and take the ramp out for her to use to get in the pool. The other guests are just as kind and is overall a great place.
This place used to be great but it really has gone down hill in the last couple of years. Things break down and are out of service for weeks and months at a time. Suana is constantly broken. One of them broke down in the mens locker room and they just slammed the door and it never reopened. Pools are down for weeks sometimes. It is like they don't make any effort to keep their equipment up or the place clean anymore. Time to move on.
Decent and updated facilities with the exception of the completely outdated and unhealthy Mens locker room. I say unhealthy since it’s in the basement with poor ventilation and a grotesque worn out carpet crawling with bacteria. Lockers are rusting which is indicative of high humidity levels. They have made no efforts to modernize it and doubt they ever will
