I love this daycare ! Both of my children (7 and 3+ months) go here and the staff is absolutely wonderful! All of them are super caring and truly care for the kids. For the older children, they do field trips to different places in the summer. For my infant daughter the teachers communicate so well with you, and are always doing great things with the kids like reading them stories and taking them on walks. I will say I tried other daycares in the area and this is by far the BEST daycare in the entire area; and the best part is it’s the cheapest option as well! Great job to all the staff for making each day awesome for the kiddos!
Love this daycare. Just moved from out of state and was temporarily using another daycare and after the switch I have never been happier. My kid is so happy there and she loves the staff that is way more observent and attentive to the kids needs. Thanks for making it an easy transition.
This review has nothing to do with the level of care they provide, simply the fact that they’re impossible to reach. I’ve emailed through the form on their website and called many, many times without ever receiving a response. I’ve left voicemails on the general line as well as for the director specifically and never get a call back. Finding child care is so stressful and it begins with finding a trusting and reliable facility. I hope they have a separate phone line for parents who have kids in the program because I couldn’t imagine not being able to get ahold of them in an emergency.
We are entering our 2nd year with the Countryside YMCA program and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Rhonda, the Director, is great and has helped our family work out whats best for our family on more than one occasion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality child care/after school program in the area.
I had a wonderful experience at this Y. The personnel were so very helpful and took the time to show me the areas in which I was interested. Kris , especially, took the time to explain the areas and the benefits of the Y. I was truly impressed with the attention and consideration I was given.
