Part of the Countryside YMCA network, Landen is definitely smaller than the main Countryside Lebanon location—but don’t let the size fool you! What it lacks in space, it makes up for with amazing group fitness classes. From Zumba and Barre to Cardio Mix, Pilates, Pound, Yoga, TRX, and more, the variety and quality are top-notch. There are multiple studios dedicated to group classes, which makes scheduling and attending a breeze. While the gym has fewer machines and a small bathroom/shower area, it does offer Child Watch, which is a huge plus for parents. Honestly, even compared to the larger YMCAs, Landen stands out for its fitness classes. If that’s your focus, this place delivers!
Love the small size of this YMCA. Plenty of equipment to be able to lift or do cardio. I personally don't take the classes but a lot are offered. Childcare staff are always friendly and my son loves going here.
