The French Creek Y offers several exercise classes for seniors every week, and there are always plenty of treadmills and other aerobic equipment. They have a short weight lifting course that is automated and tailored to your strength level. I don't take advantage of all the Y has to offer, like pickleball and water classes, but many people enjoy those. Spacious facility and friendly atmosphere.
Increase in membership costs, but shortening of child care hours in a smaller room with less toys and no access to a childrens sized potty. Decent facility if you dont have children.
The Y has been nice, we've had a membership for almost a year now and they've been making improvement and replacing equipment. There's always options of how you want to gain your workout whether in a group or on your own. Everything is clean and accessible.
French Creek is the best YMCA in our area. The staff are friendly. The facility is clean. The indoor walking track is so convenient and helps with the amount of people on treadmills. The pools area is excellent! Definitely recommend!
I love all the classes that are available. The instructors are great and I enjoy the camaraderie of everyone who participates in the classes. There is a nice selection of equipment, everything is clean and there's always someone to help if you need it. Having the pool is a nice plus!
