The staff is very rude and disrespectful. My family had a court hearing on the 3rd Floor. We arrived early as we should have. The receptionist showed us where to sign in and which direction to go for the hearing. We decided to wait in the lobby area because again we were early. She "the receptionist" on the 3rd Floor for court room 3D yelled in a very unprofessional manner, "Why yall still sitting over there, didn't I tell yall to go through the doors." I was in disbelief. It was almost as if we had committed a crime. How do you talk to people in that manner? Since she is the first person that will see everyone, she needs to be more pleasant, present a more friendlier tone and not be as loud. Being kind is not hard to do, it will make a difference and definitely leave an imprint on someone's life. I hope that the county sees this and correct this issue.
I called the number listed to get help on a case. A woman name Ms. Willams or Ms. Williamson who stated she was a receptionist answer the call. I told her I need to reschedule a court date. Her response was why are you calling here and what do I want. Very rude woman and talking to me as if she picked her up her personal phone. She was also doing a lot of smacking and was beyond rude. I was not expecting that type of behavior when calling this court.
Easy access. Ample parking. Courthouse well run, efficient. Courteous security detail. I served as certified interpreter for several years. Had a front row view of administration of justice in a most sensitive societal ambiance. Impeccable, trustworthy exercise of judicial matters at all levels.
Called with a question and was told to send an email, which took them over a month to reply to and then they responded like as if they didn’t even read my email, and they did not answer my question at all! Thanks for trying I guess
The staff is very rude and disrespectful, and will not provide you with any information. They didn't even tell me which direction to go in just to get where I was going, or how I should have went about picking up someone.
