The Learning Loft Academy

We really enjoy The Learning Loft Prep School! The teachers are very nice and helpful and we can tell that our kid is learning so much everyday. She truly enjoys going to school. We really have been pleased with the facility, the fresh meals that are given to the kids everyday, and the community they have created.

Learning Loft is a neighborhood gem! My daughter started here at 7 months old and had a great experience in the Imaginative Infants class. The teachers and director, Ms. Sydney, are so kind, caring, and communicative - I truly felt like they loved and looked after my daughter like she was their own. They provided regular photo and video updates and always had fun activities for the kids and parents, like a firetruck visit, petting zoo, and parent breakfasts. All the teachers in the infant class were excellent, and I’d especially like to shout out Ms. Kaia, Ms. Sydney, and Ms. Ilene for being so caring and engaged. Highly recommend!

I’ve had two children attend The Learning Loft Prep—my oldest started at 2 years old and graduated Pre-K there, and my youngest began at just 6 weeks. From day one, the staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely invested in my children’s well-being. The owner communicates exceptionally well and is very accommodating, which made the transition into childcare so much easier for our family. What I appreciate most is the warm, family-like atmosphere. My kids were not only cared for, but also nurtured and encouraged to learn every single day. I could see the progress in their development, from new words and skills to improved social interactions. The Learning Loft Prep has been more than just a daycare for us—it’s been a safe, loving, and educational second home, we were so sad to say goodbye to everyone when we moved out of state.

My daughter has been going to Learning Loft for a year and a half, and she absolutely loves it. The Learning Loft teachers are so caring and provide lots of love and learning in a play-based but structured environment with an evidence-based curriculum. I feel confident my daughter will go into pre-K with the knowledge and skills that she needs to succeed. These kids learn so much about the world, science, history, emotions, letters and numbers. And they have so much fun doing it! Crafts and hands-on activities every day! And lots of dancing, singing, and music time, which my daughter has cherished. Ms. Sydney is a wonderful and capable leader, and the staff are amazing. Bonuses: Learning Loft is affordable and has great hours for working parents. Their communication and organization is top-notch which makes it very easy for a busy parent to stay on top of things. They also plan wonderful experiences for the children (petting zoos, visits from firetrucks, etc.) and provide much-needed community support to parents (parents' night out and other parent networking events). Can't say enough good things! We're so grateful for Learning Loft!

We have been at Learning Loft for a year now and can’t say enough good things about it! It has a small, personal feel to it and our daughter (2 yro) is thriving in the environment. The facility is clean and the teachers are very communicative. It’s also affordable and they are flexible with each individual families needs! You know they are great when your child looks forward to their day at school!
