The equipment is fine but when I moved away they made it extremely hard to cancel. You have to cancel in person blah. Blah blah blah so they charged me fees for more than year. Ya beware
They are friendly she fully explained the options I loved the spaces they had the first room in right is crowded with equipment but there were other spots that were more open. The locker room was very small and modest . The place is clean . However a toliet with no lid with the lockers right next to it I guess if you need no showers or to really use the locker room it’s for you For me being 🧼 cleaniness a top priority, . It screams flush me and all toliet sprays everywhere . Also just urinating in toliet it didn’t flush all the way and made a bad sound along with somebody else’s NO2 partials floating . After that I had to leave cause I had some food cooking .
Clean facilities and small town feel. It’s like Cheers but with squats instead of shots!
I haven't worked out since late last year, so I'm totally out of shape. I decided on starting back and chose to use Xpress Fitness for my place to train. The staff is still helpful and friendly as ever and the gym is always kept clean and well maintained. Since being back, I've noticed the floor plan has changed slightly in order to accommodate a few new machines. This gym fulfills my needs, where I can always get a great workout.
Easy sign-up and got the grand tour of the place with Krista. So far, pretty great.
