Now, six months later, as he approaches his first birthday, we couldn't be happier with our decision. Reddings has truly been a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to any family seeking exceptional care for their baby. Safety, Consistency, and Expertise (3-6 Months) During the most critical, vulnerable early months (3-6 months), the staff demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and attentiveness. The environment is consistently clean, and the routines established are clearly followed, which gave us immense peace of mind. The teachers handle the complex feeding and napping needs of newborns with remarkable expertise. We felt confident that our son was not only safe but also being held, comforted, and cared for with genuine affection throughout the day. Communication and Development (6-9 Months) As our son grew into an active infant (6-9 months), his teachers adapted seamlessly to his developmental needs. The daily communication via the app is thorough and detailed, covering every bottle, diaper change, nap length, and activity. This transparent reporting made us feel connected to his day and ensured smooth transitions back home. More importantly, the teachers actively supported his developmental milestones. We saw constant engagement in tummy time, assisted sitting, and encouragement during the transition to solids. The loving interactions with the staff have helped him become a social, happy, and curious nine-month-old. The Staff Difference The teachers in the infant room are the heart of this program. My kids and I absolutely love this school ! We love all the family engagement that happens here ! The school is always clean the staff is super friendly. It starts from the front the leadership team is always friendly as well . I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for a nice clean environment for your child. My kids always coming home talking about the fun activities they have done ! I love the updates I get on procare as well … you won’t regret giving this school a chance .

My grandson has been attending Reddings since he was in the baby room , and now at 3 years old he absolutely loves his school. The staff is always friendly and caring, and they truly look after the children. The school is always clean and well kept and I notice it every time I pick him up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! The teachers are truly nurturing and take the time to make every child feel cared for and supported. The environment is always spotless, safe, and welcoming, which gives me peace of mind every day. My child is constantly learning and growing through their engaging activities and curriculum. The director is absolutely amazing, always approachable, professional, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being and development. When we put our twins to bed each night and talk about who we love, they always say, “Mommy, Daddy, each other, Ms. Shana, and Ms. BB.” 🥰 That alone says so much about the love and care they receive at daycare. Both of my twins have special needs — one has autism and the other has very early ADHD — and I’m constantly amazed at how patient, understanding, and kind their teachers are with them! They handle their tantrums, quirks, and big emotions with so much grace and compassion. My boys talk about their teachers all the time, and I can hear their influence in the sweet, gentle way they speak at home — things like, “No baby, that’s yucky,” or “No silly, that’s not right.” It’s clear they’re not just being cared for, but truly loved while they’re away from us. They genuinely view their teachers (especially Ms. Shana and Ms. BB) as part of our family, and that’s the greatest comfort any parent could ask for. I’m beyond thankful for them for creating such a safe, loving, and understanding space for my boys. ❤️
