My son has been at Xplor since he was 3 months old. The school has gone through a lot of transition but it feels positive. My son loves the infant teachers Ms Yvonne and Ms Daya and they were so great. Even though he’s not in that room anymore they still check on him and love on him. My son was also behind on some milestones and they went above and beyond to help get him caught up. Since transitioning to toddlers I’ve seen my son transition in ways I never expected. He went from being behind on milestones to thriving. Ms Candace, Ms Pam and Ms Corie have stepped up to get him there. It just relieves a mama’s heart to get videos of them trying to get him walking and them cheering him on. Now we are at the point where my child cries LEAVING daycare which is wild. Some things I can express that were important to me and were drivers for why I keep him there: 1. He had a cow’s milk allergy and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and work with me to substitute our food. There were some bumps along the way, but every concern I brought up was addressed. Shout out to Ms Corie and Ms Holly for being the food champions for allergic kiddos. 2. Every concern I have brought up was addressed with the teachers. For example, my child has very sensitive skin and I requested that every BM they use diaper cream. They have consistently done that since my request. 3. I’m a pretty hands on mama and at a higher level, the concerns I’ve brought up to Bailey, Haley and Christina have all been addressed head on. I get that dealing with a child that has food allergies and essentially asthma can be a lot, especially when going through the transitions this daycare has gone through. I applaud them for always listening and addressing my concerns. Dealing with these things is scary enough. I appreciate the administrative staff but obviously our children interact with the teachers mostly and it means the world to me to know that he’s loved and cared for…. Not just by his current teachers but the ones that he previously had.

We love Xplor! Ms. Shelly and Ms. Brandi are the best! My son is excited to run to his class everyday and really enjoys it! I love that there is a curriculum and how much he learns everyday. They also give assessments to show your child’s progress. And the app is amazing! So great to see photos of him throughout the day and what he’s leading and how much fun he’s having!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Xplor Parkwood Hill! The level of care my son receives is exceptional, and I can tell he feels safe and loved every day. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Makayla and Mrs. Kevia. They take such great care of my son and it's obvious they truly care about their students. As a teacher myself, I am very impressed by the learning environment. They do an excellent job of challenging him academically, and he is constantly learning new skills and concepts. Knowing he is in a place that is both nurturing and academically stimulating is a huge relief. Highly recommend Xplor Parkwood Hill to any family looking for quality care and education!

We’ve been part of this daycare family for over 2 years, and I can honestly say it’s been such a blessing for us. The teachers are not only attentive but truly caring—they treat the kids like their own and make every day a positive experience. The facility is always spotless, change centers periodically, good curriculum, which gives me so much peace of mind. A huge shoutout to Ms. Candance, Ms. Daya, Ms. Yvonne, Ms. Brandi and Ms. Sherri—you all have made such an impact on our child(s) growth and happiness. Your kindness and dedication never go unnoticed. Thank you for creating a safe, loving environment where kids can thrive. We couldn’t ask for a better place!

We have been Xplor parents for almost 4 years now and we have had such a positive experience. We always feel like our kids are loved and taken care of, and they continue to learn so much. It's impossible to give enough credit to every wonderful teacher we have had, but currently our kids are with Ms. Shelley, Ms. Eboney, and Ms. Nubia and they are all so wonderful.
