I had my daughter here since 2019. It's not a perfect place but I had an issue with trying to get ahold of someone in the office (not the first time but this time it was important) I wanted to change the contract that my child had for enrollment bc we didn't need all the days nor did it fit my budget. I know that I called afterwards, weather i left a message or not ,I don't remember. I feel like a teacher answered and said Director was not in so I said I will call back? Anyway 2 weeks passed and i called again and got the director told her about the change i wanted she gave me the prices I would have to pay, I said I will let her know in 24 hours because I wanted to weigh my options to see if the price is actually made a difference if I change the contract. I did call back the next day and she was not in whether she was out and about doing something for the center I don't know, but I made the attempt. A week after that I brought my child in for Christmas break, went to go talk to her and again she was not there because she was sick this time. So I sent an email the day afterwards December 23 stating I wanted to change my contract and couldn't get a hold of Anyone that would actually be able to help me. all I wanted was an apology that nobody responded to my original email! I felt so disrespected. I pulled my child out in daycare today because I was told by the director she felt she didn't need to apologize for "not-responding". I myself managing Office...and if I had a client that tried emailing me and I absolutely missed it....I would be apologizing to that person for my incompetence for not keeping up. after six or seven years of being a part of this childcare center, I officially feel disrespected! I was also trying to inquire about a refund since 11-18-25, the day i sent the original email....(which she did end up doing since i was there for soooo long) I honestly would've been happy with a 2 week refund and keeping my child enrolled...but telling me that she didn't need to apologize for no one responding to my email...really was disrespectful, after all the time I kept my child there!

If I could give this place Zero stars it would not suffice. My children were here for a year. I could drag on about how awful some of the teachers are or that you literally just pay close to 2,000 a month for your kids to just play all day bc they don’t follow a curriculum… but I’ll get to the most important things. The director, Debbie, is one of the WORST directors I’ve met. She has no idea how to run a childcare center. She says they have a “no hitting policy” and has all kinds of “reports” on my child.. but I never got a single copy or phone call about any type of behavior. She did not give me something to sign ect. Her teachers report things to her and then when a parent goes to her she acts as if she didn’t know or says “well, your child…” let me say, my 6 year old is not an angel. . But he was being PHYSICALLY bullied by two brothers for weeks and my son, of course reacted. Two days prior, he was kicked in the back by a 13 yr old who weighs two times more than he does. I didn’t receive anything from Debbie. When this was all brought up, she did not care to discuss the physical bulllying and just kept saying she was not going to discuss it then claimed “there are no laws stating I cannot have a 13 year old with a 6 year old. I could have a 13 year old with a newborn, If I wanted” the fact that she was arguing with me instead of listening and understanding my concerns.. made me irritate. She then said she could charge me for the next two weeks since I didn’t give a two week notice. OF COURSE I DIDNT! I was actively concerned for my sons wellbeing. He was suspended for making a threat to the other two children bullying him, but they were free to come back and continue to bully kids. . Which many teachers say they do daily. The multiple violations this daycare has on a daily basis is disheartening to say the least. But all in all.. there are cheaper and way better options for your children in the Washington area. If I could go back, I would never have sent my babies here.

My daughter has been attending since 2017 and the ladies are always attentive and kind. I now have my baby enrolled and she gets all the love and kindness that I would give her. I always recommend this daycare to all my friends and family and have never had any major issues.

The staff is amazing but some of the policies seem off. My son is enrolled 2 days a week and during pandemic last year other families received a discount because they attended more days, we received nothing. Then more recently we had to make other arrangements for a day because they had a lot of call offs and would be out of ratio.

They are not about the children and only about the money. Their staff to student ratio is way over what it’s supposed to be. My husband got sent away because they didn’t have room for my daughter, but I’m still expected to pay. Amber or Debbie (they wouldn’t identify themselves in the email exchange) said this to me when I questioned having to pay because of their staffing issues: “Would you tell your cable company..."I didn't watch TV this week; I want a credit; so I'm not paying?" W.O.W. simply cannot do it this time.” To me, that makes no sense and is not even close to being the same thing. They are rude and unprofessional and act like they are our customer instead of vice versa. Also, in the middle of a pandemic there have been numerous times employees were NOT wearing masks. Basically, DO NOT send your child there! There are other wonderful places in town that are available.
