Poorly managed is an understatement. If you stand up for your child in any way, the owner will label you a "troublemaker." My baby came home in a diaper he had been in for hours with diaper rash so bad he was bloody. When I brought it to the attention of the owner he tried to push it off as no big deal, and that I was bullying his employees. He won't return your phone calls if he knows you're upset about something. Whenever I actually saw the man he sat at a computer and didn't interact with the children whatsoever. He only cares about the tuition check, although I'm not sure what you're actually paying for since some of the employees don't bother to take care of your child. They are regularly understaffed and over state ratios. The employees come and go on a semi-weekly basis. I could go on...
Wonderful daycare. The staff is kind and courteous and are great to my daughter. It is a good feeling to know your child is in good hands when you can't be with them during the day. Thank You World of Wonder!!!!!!
