What Parents Say
Curious Kids Play and Learn Place receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents, with 8 five-star reviews praising caring staff, excellent communication, developmental support, and individualized care for infants and children of all ages. However, two one-star reviews raise serious concerns about inadequate feeding protocols for infants with failure to thrive, staffing issues, and alleged neglect and lack of supervision.
Both of my children have been attending here since 2018 and are VERY happy there! The kids are always busy learning and playing! This center is amazing with keeping up with communication. Charlene is a caring director who is always willing to talk and offer advice on child development. Lastly the teachers are not only FUN teachers, but you can tell that they genuinely LOVE your children, and as a mom, I can’t tell you how much better that makes me feel when I have to be at work away from my kiddos! WE LOVE IT HERE! ❤️
As first time parents, leaving our little one at a care facility was extremely nerve wracking. Ultimately, my wife and I chose to enroll him here. Through the enrollment process we were able to tour the facility and meet the care teachers who would be caring for our little one. Our son was 5 months old at time of enrollment. The care that our son received was excellent. Their communication system logged every feeding including total amount consumed vs total amount offered. Additionally, it recorded all diaper changes, naps, and activities. Over the first month of enrollment his teacher reached out to us daily to ensure that their routine was matching ours at home. We were provided regular schedules to fill out to keep the center up to date with our schedule. They have accommodated our son’s medical bumps in the road. They have done more for him then I ever expected a teacher/care facility to do. Their policies are very clearly outlined, their developmental milestones are recorded, and if any concerns arise the teachers address them in a polite and respectful manner. My wife and are welcoming our second child and without any doubt he will be enrolled in this care facility. They put the care and well being of my son, and all of their students, first. I truly believe, with absolute certainty, that in every teachers eyes these little minds are family. At the end of every day my son comes home happy, with a full tummy, clean, well cared for, and rested. I fully recommend this facility as your go to care facility for your little ones.
My children have been enrolled in Curious kids since July 2016. The dedicated staff at this center has helped me raise my 3 children, my oldest from 6 months to my youngest two from 6 weeks onward. The teachers have been there for my children through most of their milestones and I cannot be anymore grateful. Another thing I want to add is how neurodivergent friendly this center is. One of my children have autism amount other diagnoses. The staff have welcomed his support staff with open arms, have helped him through the difficult times and have cheered him on for the good times. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone!
My daughter has gone here since she was almost 2 (now almost 6) and loves everyone of the staff. They had her very well prepared for kindergarten and have been a huge part of her growing the past 4 years. Highly recommend this center for every age group
My son has been going here for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with his care! He’s been here since 6 weeks old and I’ve never had to worry about him because they take such excellent care of him and treat him as their own! I will always recommend them to anyone looking, my children will always go here ☺️☺️
