These people are so wonderful. My daughter Abigail has not ever liked a place before so when I told her she would be going back there for the whole summer I was very surprised to her her say “yesssss” They are so nice and that is so important when dealing with children and parents. They are not just nice to your face but nice to the kids as well. My friend turned me on to this childcare and I am so blessed that she did. The director was so kind to help me when I was having to cancel due to being laid off. Love them.
I was raised in this church. The congregation is my family. I have known nothing but love from this place. I now have a baby of my own and she attends the preschool there. I would not put here in any other daycare setting in Augusta. The teachers are kind and treat my baby like their own. There are great things happening here. I highly recommend checking them out! Contemporary Services start at 10:00 a.m. Sunday Mornings with a Traditional Service starting at 11:00 a.m.
From a concerned parent. I was looking for a great preschool to enroll my 3 year old daughter at the beginning of the year, and I read a couple of reviews from the social media pages and some things concerned me. So i decided to get some word of mouth intel. So I decided to start asking around. This may be concerning to parents, present and future. It was brought to my attention of a current situation where a front office employee had her mother come in to confront another staff member. The concerning part to me was that a none employee of the center was allowed inside to confront another employee(teacher) about a personal matter while children were present. I’m completely ashamed to know these type shenanigans are allowed at a quality rated school and a church setting as well. I hope this reaches as many parents present and future, because this is completely unacceptable and my child hasn’t even started there yet and won’t be as far as I’m concerned. Very upset parent☹️☹️
The perfect place for worship! A very caring and nurturing congregation with something for everyone. Choir is fantastic! Great location and wonderful preschool with dedicated and loving teachers and directors.
Was married in this church 30 years ago. Over time my family and I travel for 20 years with my job. In all the different areas of the country we lived we attended several churches but never found another like Woodlawn. The congregation is a diversified group of warm friendly people.
