I’ve never sent a kid here but if their van driver is any indication, I wouldn’t want to. I just witnessed their obviously impatient driver whip out around my car on the left to pass me and a very large garbage truck. The truck was turning left and I was waiting for them to do so. The truck started to turn just as the van approached them and they nearly got hit. I sincerely hope they did not have any children in the van. Not safe driving at all. Also, when I tried calling their number to report the driver, the voicemail is full.
Staff is unprofessional, not all of them but majority of the ones I’ve come encounter with. I had questions about something that took place with my son in which he had broken one of the cots that he sleeps on and was told I had to pay $25 the next day in order for him to return. Mind you I had already paid for the week and that there was only one day of the week left (Friday). Fortunately I had the money and was able to pay the next day but payment options should have been offered. Additionally I had questions about the incident the following day and when being asked to speak to the owner or person in charge a staff member jumped in the conversation and was very unprofessional and had an elevated tone, in which I raised mine as well. This particular staff member acted in an unprofessional hoodish manner (best way to describe it). There are other unprofessional moments that I’m not going to go into detail about, but that last encounter did it for it. When I was finally able to talk to the actual owner he was able to hear me out and seemed to understand where I was coming from, but by then it was already too late bc that encounter with that staff member and the owner’s mother was just too unprofessional for me. Also they do not take the kids outside, some parents are probably ok with this but as for me I wanted my child to be able to run around a little during the day not just at home.
The facility smells like dirty diapers and is dirty on the inside Really ghetto and unprofessional people there. I would not send my children there after touring this pigpen.
Such a good atmosphere, you feel good leaving your child in their hands. Clean, organized and promote respect and manners
I love this daycare well organized its clean and very spacious and i love the way they make you feel welcome and interact with the children.
