We have absolutely loved sending our 1yo and 2yo here. Management has been great to work with and they have gotten even more organized since we started in June 2022. Some teachers have been better than others, but we've been generally happy with how they treat our kids. Most of the teachers and staff are parents, which for us is a bonus. Payments is made easy online and is affordable. They also use the HiMama app for communication and the even sometimes provide picture updates of the kids throughout the day. Just be sure you communicate well with them and bring your children in before 9am.
I love this daycare! Most importantly, my almost 3-year-old loves it. She's been there for about 7 months now. You can tell that the staff really care about the children, and they teach them so much more than you would expect in a daycare facility. I know that when she starts kindergarten, she will be fully prepared. I also love that she comes home with cute art projects for us to put on the wall. The fact that breakfast and lunch is included is a huge bonus.
I had never heard of this daycare until a relative suggested it! So far, I've had nothing but positive experiences! It's very convenient to my work place; the staff is professional and friendly; and most importantly, my 4 month old is always happy when I drop her off and pick her up! Plus-- members of the Family Y get a discount on tuition!
I used them in the beginning of 2021 and of course , Kids have been out of daycare for over a year due to Covid. My Daughter started here and within the first week , I started getting complaints in regards to her not listening or following the curriculum. I stated that you have to give her a chance as she has been out of daycare for over a year and they would call me so many times a week to get her. I would still pay weekly but my daughter still had to get checked out. Also, they also made it seem that something was wrong with her and I did not like that at all. I felt as if she was turned around because they was looking for kids of a certain style and she was immediately put on a pedestal as someone they did not want to deal with . My daughter was only there 3 weeks and was pulled out and it was the beginning of the week and I paid a full week and no refund . The Manager could not even come out of her office in order to face me in regards to my issues with them. I was highly upset with this location .
