Always so nice, a smile from everyone, and Dr Daivid Payne is a wonderful person. Listens understanding and great with kids. Very helpful from everyone you incounter

Able to provide the basics for their consumers and employees, but unable or unwilling to push beyond that. More concerned with being a good "business" than a good "social services entity". Overall, just "MEH"
