The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and blatant disregard for the well-being of children should be a major red flag to any parent considering this facility. If you want a daycare that actually cares about your child’s health, comfort, and well-being, look elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter and I have had at this daycare. After nearly six months of bringing my child here for pre-K, I can confidently say that this facility is unprofessional, unsanitary, and lacks basic respect for families. From the beginning, I was completely transparent with the director regarding my child’s health. If my daughter was sick, I always informed them and kept her home, even when it meant paying for a full week of care that we couldn't use. I understood their policy and complied, even when it seemed unfair. However, what happened recently was beyond unacceptable. My 4-year-old daughter, who was feeling unwell but had no fever, casually mentioned to her teacher that I had given her medicine in the morning—which was not true. She was simply remembering when she had taken medication over the weekend. Despite this, I was bombarded with messages accusing me of giving her medicine and reminded of their fever-free policy (which she already met). I explained multiple times that she had not been given any medication and that she had no fever for days. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I received a demanding message from the director, Cristina, insisting I pick my daughter up immediately because she was still saying she had taken medicine. As a working parent, I was far from the daycare that day and informed them that I would get there as soon as possible. Despite my clear response, they continued pressuring me with more messages, including a photo of my daughter sleeping on the floor with yet another demand to pick her up "ASAP." When I finally arrived, I was horrified to find that my child had been left sleeping on the bare floor for over an hour. This is completely inhumane, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If they truly cared about the children in their care, they wouldn’t leave a sick child lying on the floor like that. I received a half-hearted, insincere apology from Cristina, but the reality is this daycare does not care about the families they serve.
