There was a very nice older lady that checked us in for a day pass so we could do a tour, I assume that she went on break or something and then, while my boyfriend and I were lifting (we had been lifting about 45 mins at this point ) my boyfriend had been lifting with his shirt off and utilizing the machine cleaning solution/rags as we switched machines. During one of our last sets a “gentleman” approached my boyfriend and had in an annoyed tone told him to put on a shirt and then scurried away. It was our first time at this establishment, there’s nothing posted anywhere or on the walls saying to keep your shirt on, the only reason he took it off was he was hot and sweaty, not to show boat (keeping your shirt on is a ridiculous concept because they also have an indoor pool). Make sure all rules are posted on walls if you want people with a DAY PASS to be aware of them.

Friendly staff and very well-kept facilities. The pool is warm, and the pool area is nice too. Dressing room/restrooms were clean and well kept. Workout area is nice with plenty of machines. Thank you!

Only used the pool whenever I was at the Y. The slow decline into the pool via the ramp was awesome for me being disabled. It was easier for me to slowly walk down into the pool with no problems. Only thing I didn't like was the pool was a little cool for my liking, but I understand they need to keep it at a cost-saving temp.

When I signed up for a membership I asked if there was any kind of cancellation process. They said no just call or come down and cancel it today. I find out that apparently you need a full week advance on cancellation or they just Auto charge you for it and you're stuck with a month so I canceled it on the 1st and now here we are the 6th and because one day variance I'm still getting charged by the auto bill system

Been to alot of these places around the country I travel for work quite a bit. This is the least family oriented ymca I've ever been to. There is a play area for kids but we can't use it y less we have a scheduled person come in even if me or my wife are with our 3 year old daughter she isn't allowed in there. So there is the ball court she could play in rolling a basketball around but it's always busy in there u till 8 and even if we have a 24 hour family pass she can't be in there with us. It was one thing the gym equipment being worn out and the locker room being dirty but this stuff with my daughter really upset me. What is the point in the family pass . I get off work every day at 5 get back to the place I'm staying at 6. Eat dinner and get there at 7. There is nothing g I can do with her there. The only reason I still have the membership for the time being is because there is nothing else here. I've never been so upset with an establishment like this that I felt necessary to leave a bad review
