My son has been attending this daycare in the infant room for about 5 months now. All the teachers I've gotten to work with have been fantastic. They take excellent care of my son, who smiles every morning at drop off. We cloth diaper, and they have been awesome about making an accommodation for my son on this. The one incident that occurred (a bite) was handled very professionally as far as communication to my husband and I. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and reliable daycare for their littles!
My son has been going there since he was 6 months and is now 20 months. The staff has been amazing and the owner is actively involved. More importantly you can tell they care about the kids. My son is always excited when we drop him off and happy at pick up. The only time he's been injured (minor trips and fell on a toy) it was reported to us with information on exactly what happened and how it was treated. I love that the space has half walls so the whole area is visible. You never have to worry about the horror stories of what the one teacher is doing (or not doing) behind a closed door behind a desk. I walk in (with a secure personal code) and can see my son with full transparency. He'll be going there permanently.
My daughter, now two, has been going to Willow Tree (since before it was purchased in 2015 by the new owners). I love the ladies at this daycare! They truly care for the children. While yes, they do watch cartoons in the morning as all of the children are arriving, the rest of their day is filled with games, songs, dancing, playing, art and interacting /learning social skills from the other children in their age group. The meals are very nutritious and my picky eater has been trying many new different foods every day. My little one is beginning to use the potty, and the ladies are helping us every step of the way! Overall, I am very happy here and would encourage parents to check this place out!!
Do not take your children to this daycare. They have been negligent to my niece and nephew. They dont follow my 7month old nieces feeding schedule which is insane to me (shes a baby!) And when my nephew gets hurt at day care they never report it. No phone call note, they say nothing when they're picked up at the end of the day. To pay over $1000 a month for daycare and them not being taken care of is ridiculous. They stick my 4yr old nephew in front of a tv all day when they should be teaching him things to prepare him for school. This place needs to be shut down!
I love the wonderful ladies at the daycare. They take such good care of my toddler and I feel like she is so much sweeter ever since she joined! I highly recommend them!
