Willow Oaks Head Start/ Early Head Start

This Facilty is not what it seems to be. The teachers are on their phones not paying attention to the children. Their have been several different incidents that has occured between my child and other parents children. & when you go to the director which is" Nicole "she defends the teachers who are not professional, act one way in your face and when your not around. You dont find out anything about your child unless, their is a bruse, bitemark or a scratch on them and even then somtimes times they dont know what exactly happened. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless, your just in desperate need.
